Our recent stay at the Country Inn and Suites had its ups and downs. Let's start with the positives - the staff was very polite and helpful during our check-in process. The room itself was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. there were some areas that definitely needed improvement. The first room we were given had a strong mildew smell and visible mold, which was quite off-putting. The second room had a heater that wasn't working properly, leaving us quite cold on a snowy night. The third room was finally up to standard, but the shower had a leak issue that required us to use towels to soak up the water. we enjoyed the gym facilities, which were well-equipped with free weights and a fitness ball. The breakfast offered nutritious options and the staff managing the food area did a great job of keeping everything clean and stocked. we were disappointed to miss out on the complimentary shuttle service and breakfast due to our early morning flight, which meant we had to rely on Uber instead. while the Country Inn and Suites had some positive aspects like helpful staff and comfortable beds, the issues with room cleanliness and maintenance detracted from our overall experience. The hotel could benefit from better attention to detail in addressing mold and heating issues to ensure a more pleasant stay in the future.

Location was convenient right off I, 40 near the airport. The property had a modern appearance and exceptionally clean facilities. The cleanliness of the bathroom stood out, and there were various breakfast options available, including some hot food. Beyond the hotel, fast, food choices and a nearby restaurant were within walking distance, adding convenience to the stay.
Though the room itself was clean and comfortable, the pull, out couch lacked sufficient linen and comfort. Noise from the road could be bothersome due to single, pane windows.

The air conditioner’s performance was inconsistent, adding to the discomfort. Despite these issues, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful environment. Sanitization appeared well-handled in common areas, and the breakfast quality was noteworthy, with hot food readily available. There were too many chairs in the breakfast area, making access to tables challenging. The location is convenient, but the surrounding view included a homeless encampment, which felt unsettling.

A warm welcome with hot coffee after 16 hours of travel? Exactly what I needed. The room was incredible. Spacious with lounge seating, a coffee machine, a fridge, and the biggest television I’ve ever seen. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries. Comfortable beds and fantastic pillows catered to my back issues. Breakfast was a tasty buffet with sausage and eggs. Location is a plus; a $10 shuttle to downtown runs until midnight. the elevator was concerning, and the order-in service was frustratingly slow. Cleanliness was inconsistent. I encountered a cockroach and received no follow-up after checking out. Strong positives, but significant improvements are necessary.

Took the WeGo to catch the Titans game at Nissan Stadium, epic touchdowns aplenty. Back at the hotel, watched HBO on the big screen. Vibrant music scene vibes in Nashville, yo!

the king suite was spacious and comfy. staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. the hotel is conveniently located, close to the airport and restaurants. even though it's undergoing renovation, my room was updated and quiet. lots of nearby dining and shopping options.
